LAS VEGAS—MGM Grand Hotel & Casino will welcome Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse in early 2027, bringing the Texas ranch’s Western heritage and culinary traditions to the Las Vegas Strip through a partnership with ranch owner and filmmaker Taylor Sheridan.

The restaurant will introduce a new dining concept combining ranch-inspired cuisine, premium beef, and immersive design. The steakhouse will occupy the former Crush American Grill space and follow a two-year run on the Strip. Its refreshed menu and redesigned setting will build on the brand’s established presence in Las Vegas.

“MGM Grand has long served as the premier stage for defining moments in global entertainment where memorable experiences and exceptional dining collide,” says Ari Kastrati, chief content, hospitality and development officer for MGM Resorts. “The arrival of the Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse represents a pivotal moment in the evolution of our guest experience, introducing a pillar of American heritage representing the vision of Taylor Sheridan and his brilliant team at Four Sixes.”

Sheridan adds, “The Four Sixes Ranch has always stood for an uncompromising standard of craft and tradition, and bringing that ethos to a stage like MGM Grand is a thrilling evolution. Every dish will tell a story of the American West, and we can’t wait to share it with everyone who walks through our doors.”

The culinary program will combine traditional ranch recipes with prime-grade beef, signature cuts sourced directly from Four Sixes Ranch, and flavors rooted in Texas cuisine. The beverage offerings will include specialty craft cocktails, a curated wine list, and rare spirits.

The restaurant’s design will extend the Western theme beyond the menu. Digital walls will feature custom footage from Sheridan, showcasing the landscapes and spirit of the American West. Charisse Cardenas, a production designer whose credits include Landman, Lioness, Madison, and American Sniper, will design the dining room.

Plans also include special events to complement the restaurant’s dining and entertainment experience. Additional details about the menu, programming, and opening date are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

Four Sixes Ranch spans 260,000 acres and is known for its cattle operations, horses, and land stewardship. Sheridan has helped introduce the ranch’s heritage to audiences worldwide through his work in film and television, including Yellowstone, 1883, Landman, and 1923.

The partnership brings the ranch’s identity to MGM Grand, adding another dining attraction to the resort’s hospitality offerings. The opening is planned for early 2027, with the final date yet to be announced.
