Hilton has named Randy Morton as the new general manager of Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, a 389-room non-gaming, non-smoking property on the Las Vegas Strip.

Morton brings more than 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality, including leadership roles at major properties and organizations. He previously served as president and COO of Bellagio Resort & Casino, vice president of Hotel Operations at Bellagio, president of OVG Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, and co-CEO of Foley Entertainment Group and the Vegas Golden Knights. His earlier career includes general manager and resident manager roles at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in the continental U.S., Hawaii, and Canada.

Morton’s appointment coincides with the final phase of a multimillion-dollar renovation at Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas. The updates include the recently completed 23rd floor, featuring Peacock Alley, a tea lounge and bar, and Hard Shake, a cocktail bar with views of the Las Vegas skyline.

“It’s a privilege to join the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas team during such an exciting time,” said Morton. “I look forward to building upon the hotel’s legacy of excellence and working alongside our talented team as we continue to set new benchmarks for luxury and service on the Las Vegas Strip.”

Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is part of Hilton’s luxury portfolio.
