
DENVER—Tharon Weighill has been appointed the new executive chef at FIRE Restaurant & Lounge, part of the ART Hotel Denver, Curio Collection by Hilton. Weighill’s appointment marks a new chapter for the restaurant, with a renewed focus on bold flavors and innovative dishes.
General manager Dorian Phillips welcomed Weighill’s leadership, emphasizing his mentorship approach and dedication to enhancing the restaurant’s culinary offerings. Chef Weighill’s experience includes roles at such notable Denver establishments as Guard and Grace, TAG Restaurant Group, STE. Ellie, and Marriott Boulder.
Weighill will lead all kitchen operations at FIRE Restaurant & Lounge. With a focus on creativity and detail, Weighill plans to bring a high-energy, dynamic atmosphere to the kitchen, aiming to elevate the dining experience for guests.
