Visitors can embark on a culinary trip, including New Mexico and Native American cuisine and local coffee roasters.Red Rock Park Convention Center makes a perfect environment for conventions, with 20,000 square feet of space across five meeting rooms, including a 100-person capacity dining room, a 500-person capacity auditorium, two conference rooms, each capable of hosting 75 guests, and an outdoor amphitheater seating 200.With seven conference rooms of various sizes, The University of New Mexico Gallup’s 11,000-square-foot Gurly Hall can accommodate 52 to 500 guests. Gallup Downtown Conference Center is another popular choice, offering 1,500 square feet to accommodate up to 120 guests; an onsite team of meeting and audiovisual professionals can assist with planning and event needs.
