INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev.—Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino has completed a series of updates to its main tower, unveiling refreshed guest rooms, meeting and event spaces, and an updated pool area as part of a multi-phase redevelopment of the resort.

The main tower is located on the north parcel of the property. Redevelopment continues on the resort’s south parcel, which will include new lakefront rooms, dining, and event spaces, and is scheduled for completion in 2027.

Guest rooms in the main tower now feature new carpet and wallcoverings in neutral tones, updated bed bases, contemporary tables and chairs, redesigned curtains and sheers, and upgraded sofa sleepers. Modern lighting, nightstands, and refined finishes complement the mountain setting while enhancing comfort.

Meeting and event spaces are also refreshed with updated surfaces, furnishings, and layered lighting designed to support both functionality and aesthetics. Outdoor venues, including the Water Gardens and Creekside Lawn, received landscaping upgrades and new pavers to create flexible staging areas for events. The pool area has been resurfaced and outfitted with new umbrellas and chair covers, creating a refreshed setting for leisure and social gatherings.

The design approach throughout the main tower reflects the natural landscape of Lake Tahoe while supporting relaxation, connection, and celebration for leisure and group guests.

“We are thrilled to welcome guests to our newly refreshed accommodations and spaces,” says Pascal Dupuis, general manager of Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino. “This update is an exciting step in our multi-phase redevelopment, offering enhanced comfort and style throughout the main tower. Because the north and south parcels are separate, guests can enjoy our refreshed rooms, meeting spaces, and pool area without any disruptions from ongoing redevelopment elsewhere on the property.”

Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino’s broader redevelopment plan includes continued enhancements to the south parcel and additional areas of the resort.
