Sonesta LAX rolls out $42 million multi-faceted renovation

LOS ANGELES—Sonesta Los Angeles Airport LAX has completed a $42 million renovation, introducing redesigned guest rooms, enhanced event spaces, and new dining options.

The hotel’s 614 guest rooms now feature modern furnishings, ergonomic workstations, and upgraded amenities. King rooms include a pull-out sofa bed, while all double-bed rooms have been upgraded to feature two queen beds—a total of 224. Five premium suites on the upper floors offer expanded space, Nespresso coffee machines, and 65-inch TVs.

The revamped event facilities include the new Sonesta Work Suite, designed for meetings of up to 12 people, along with 15 flexible meeting rooms, including the 5,876-square-foot Continental Ballroom. High-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and onsite catering are available.

Dining options now include Yokoso Sushi Bar, Century Taproom & Lounge, The Landing Restaurant, and Boulevard Market Café. Room service is available 24/7.

The hotel also offers a heated outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center with Peloton bikes and other modern equipment.
