
Noble Investment Group, based in Atlanta, has announced the completion of multimillion-dollar renovations at two of its downtown Denver properties: Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown-Convention Center and Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Downtown-Convention Center.
The Group says the upgrades will enhance both hotels, located in the heart of downtown Denver, to better cater to the needs of the city’s business and leisure travelers.
With the renovation, Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown-Convention Center now features larger, more comfortable suites with modern furnishings and a refreshed aesthetic, creating a welcoming environment for guests.
Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Downtown-Convention Center has been updated with contemporary guest room designs emphasizing comfort and convenience. The renovations also include amenity upgrades, such as the fitness center and indoor pool, which are designed to serve both business travelers and tourists. The hotel’s dining venue, 550 Bar & Patio, also has a fresh new look with signature cocktails and food.
Located in Denver’s central business district, the hotels share a lobby and are situated just steps from Colorado Convention Center, Michelin-starred restaurants, and the Arts District. Together, the properties offer nearly 10,000 square feet of event and meeting space.
Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown-Convention Center offers 182 king suites, each equipped with full in-suite kitchens to provide guests with a more comfortable and versatile stay. Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Downtown-Convention Center features 120 guest rooms, including 52 queen rooms and 68 king rooms, designed to accommodate the needs of modern travelers.
