The Biltmore Los Angeles appoints new general manager

Millennium Hotels and Resorts announced the appointment of Matthias Kaiser as the new general manager of The Biltmore Los Angeles. Kaiser brings more than 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with expertise in hotel operations, leadership, and guest services.

Before this role, Kaiser served as hotel manager at InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown, focusing on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. His career also includes leadership positions at InterContinental New York Barclay, Hilton Beachfront Resort in Santa Barbara, Swisstouches Hotels & Resorts in China, and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia. Known for his experience with pre-opening and rebranding efforts, Kaiser has a reputation for refining operations and enhancing guest experiences.

Kaiser holds a Master of Business of Administration from HTMi Hotel and Tourism Management Institute in Switzerland and a Rooms Division Executive Certificate from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLA) Educational Institute.
