The venue includes a full-service kitchen and audiovisual equipment, and is located within walking distance of three hotels.

Sundance Mountain Resort is unlike any other venue. In addition to offering skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking, the property offers eight meeting rooms and more than 13,667 total square feet of space. Provo Airport (PVU) is Utah’s second-busiest airport, which makes getting to and from Utah Valley seamless; it offers flights from up to 17 different destinations throughout the United States, with commercial flights through Allegiant Air and Breeze Airways. Provo Airport is just 15 minutes from two major universities: Utah Valley University and Brigham Young University.
