Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is set to welcome its first guests in November 2024, introducing a new luxury resort in the Deer Valley East Village in Utah. The property will feature approximately 400 accommodations, including 100 discounted rooms for service members. With expansive terrain and improved access to Deer Valley’s ski areas, guests can look forward to more than 300 new skiable acres for the 2024-25 season, new ski runs, and three additional chairlifts.
The resort aims to serve as a central hub for the area. Offering nearly 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, it is one of the largest conference venues in a mountain community in North America. Located just a 40-minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport, the hotel is designed for meetings, celebrations, and various events.
Culinary offerings will include a signature restaurant, Remington Hall, featuring rustic American cuisine, and a coffee shop powered by Park City Coffee Roasters. Additional amenities will include a heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, and a modern fitness center with views of Jordanelle Reservoir. The property will also have a Camp Hyatt Kids Club for family-friendly activities and accommodate pets, offering a dog run and special amenities for canine guests.

Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is developed by Extell Development Co., marking North America’s first luxury alpine village development since 1981.
