Wine & Roses to relaunch as Appellation Lodi – Wine & Roses Resort and Spa

Lodi’s Wine & Roses is undergoing a phased renovation and rebranding, with plans to reopen in late spring 2025. The operating owners and their investment partners have teamed with hospitality company Appellation.

Appellation to open luxury ‘culinary’ hotel in Silicon Valley’s Morgan Hill

Appellation, a culinary-first hotel brand co-founded by chef Charlie Palmer, CEO, and luxury hospitality expert Christopher Hunsberger, COO, has partnered with vintner Frank Léal of Léal Hospitality to introduce Hotel MOHI by Appellation. The hotel is set to open in fall 2025 in downtown Morgan Hill, in Silicon Valley, Calif.
