For meetings and events, Yuma has more than 4,000 hotel rooms and venues to host up to 2,000 attendees, according to VisitYuma.com. Yuma Art Center and Historic Yuma Theater offers exhibits, classes, and regularly scheduled productions in the 643-seat main theater. Event spaces at Yuma Civic Center include a terrace seating 1,200 theater style. Yuma County Fairgrounds has a 7,000-seat grandstand and space to seat 2,000 for dinners. The 150-room Hilton Garden Inn Yuma Pivot Point Conference Center has 19,500 square feet of indoor meeting space and additional outdoor space. Arizona Western College has a 12,000-square-foot conference center with onsite catering and pre-function spaces.

Additional hotels with event space include the 101-room Cocopah Casino & Resort, with event space to seat 150 guests; Four Points by Sheraton Yuma, with 6,286 square feet of function space; 121-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Yuma, with 1,200 square feet of meeting space; and the Radisson Hotel Yuma, with 2,864 square feet of function space across four event rooms.
