
GLENDALE, Ariz.—The Greater Phoenix area, along with Visit Phoenix nonprofit destination marketing organization, will host the upcoming 2024 NCAA Men’s Final Four semifinals and championship games. The semifinals will be held April 6 and the championship game on April 8, at State Farm Stadium in Glendale. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix, the multipurpose venue seats 63,400 and serves as the home stadium for the Fiesta Bowl and the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals. State Farm Stadium is owned by the Arizona Sports & Tourism Authority and operated by ASM Global.
Additional events planned around the semifinals and championship games will give ticket holders and fans alike the opportunity to enjoy the basketball fun and festivities. According to analysis by W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, the 2017 NCAA Men’s Final Four Tournament at University of Phoenix Stadium, as State Farm Stadium was previously named, generated an economic impact of approximately $324.5 million for Arizona. Visitors stayed an average of 4.16 nights and spent an average of $487.19 per day for the 2017 event.
