Sky Rock Sedona (Ariz.), managed by Remington Hospitality, has transformed into a Tribute Portfolio hotel by Marriott. The transition to Tribute Portfolio’s independent hotels follows a comprehensive renovation, led by Dauntless Development, in partnership with Sixteenfifty and SANDdesign, of the 109-room boutique hotel and its dining spot, Bar WooWoo.
Combining modern comforts with the essence of Sedona’s desert landscape, the hotel offers contemporary accommodations and authentic southwestern charm. Each guest room is designed as a sanctuary with neutral tones, custom artwork, and minimalist furnishings. The lobby, in contrast, features bold artwork and statement furniture. A highlight of the renovation is the amethyst-encrusted wall in the lobby, designed to provide guests with a piece of Sedona’s natural beauty and to promote a sense of mindfulness and serenity.
Located near Sedona’s top hiking destinations—including Red Rock State Park, Devil’s Bridge, and Schnebly Hill Vista Overlook—Sky Rock Sedona offers 360-degree views of Arizona’s natural landscapes. Guests also can enjoy panoramic views from the terrace of Bar WooWoo while indulging in the restaurant’s Southwestern-inspired tapas. The restaurant also offers indoor dining and a creative beverage menu, featuring hand-crafted cocktails, local beers, and wines.
