Broomfield, Colo.—The Omni Interlocken Hotel has completed a full-scale renovation, updating all guest spaces and amenities as part of its “Era of Elevation” initiative. The project, which began in 2019, incorporates modern design elements while reflecting Colorado’s natural landscape.
The renovation includes updates to all 390 guest rooms, featuring custom-designed furnishings, nature-inspired color palettes, and premium amenities. Each room offers views of the Rocky Mountains or the Front Range and includes gear storage, a multi-use activity table, flat-screen TVs, and redesigned bathrooms with large, illuminated mirrors and custom wall coverings.
The hotel’s dining options have also been reimagined. The Camper, a brunch restaurant, serves comfort food, including bottomless mimosas and a family-style Camper Breakfast. Shep’s, a mountain-chic eatery, offers Colorado-inspired lunch and dinner menus, local craft beer, and a traditional Sunday Supper. Trail & Trade serves Silver Canyon coffee alongside breakfast and lunch options. Fairways Restaurant provides casual dining on an outdoor terrace overlooking the golf course and lake. H20 Poolside Bar & Grill offers drinks and meals by the pool throughout the day.
Recreational and wellness offerings also have been expanded. The fitness center has been upgraded, and the 27-hole championship golf course, spa services at Mokara Spa, and pool areas have been refreshed. A partnership with Rocky Mountain Sports Club gives guests access to yoga, circuit training, combat fitness, and dance classes.
Event facilities have been expanded as well. Omni Interlocken now offers 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including 9,000 square feet of outdoor event space.
