ARRIVE by Palisociety will expand its portfolio with the opening of ARRIVE Albuquerque in early 2025. Located on Central Avenue in downtown Albuquerque, the hotel will be the fifth ARRIVE by Palisociety property, joining locations in Palm Springs, Calif.; Austin, Texas; Wilmington, N.C.; and Memphis, Tenn.
The property, set in a historic 1965 building overlooking Robinson Park, will feature 137 guest rooms. ARRIVE Albuquerque will include a seasonal pool and swim club, as well as DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge—a restaurant serving Pan-Asian American dishes and comfort food. The building’s exterior will showcase a mural by local artist Nani Chacon.
“We are very excited to be expanding the ARRIVE moniker with this one-of-a-kind hotel in Albuquerque,” said Avi Brosh, founder of Palisociety. “We hope it will be a much-appreciated addition to the community for both visitors and locals alike.”
The interior design, led in-house by Brosh and the ARRIVE by Palisociety team, incorporates Southwestern elements with contemporary details. Guest rooms will feature pastel tones, floral-upholstered headboards, and mid-century-inspired furniture. Amenities will include Grown Alchemist bath products, Bellino linens, Victrola speakers, and a 24/7 fitness center equipped with Peloton machines.
ARRIVE Albuquerque will be the first property in the ARRIVE collection designed entirely by the Palisociety team since the brand was acquired in 2021.
