Visit Anaheim has announced the promotions of Christina Dawson to chief operating officer (COO) and Ronnie Collins to chief sales officer (CSO), effective immediately.

Christina Dawson, who has been with Visit Anaheim for 24 years, will lead the organization’s daily operations, partnerships, and business intelligence in her new role. Mike Waterman, president and CEO of Visit Anaheim, says Dawson’s operational expertise and strategic vision make her deserving of the title. “Christina’s dedication and contributions to Visit Anaheim have been invaluable, especially last year when she stepped up as interim CEO,” he says.

Ronnie Collins joined Visit Anaheim 18 months ago and has quickly made his mark as a sales leader. Under his guidance, the organization has launched new initiatives, including an incentive program for hotels to boost group business. As CSO, Collins will oversee Visit Anaheim’s sales operations and international tourism sales strategy. “His dynamic energy, passion for sales and his ability to drive results have been remarkable,” says Waterman.
