Hilton, Extell announce Waldorf Astoria resort and residences at Deer Valley East Village

National real estate developer Extell Development Co. and Hilton have announced plans for a new ski-in/ski-out Waldorf Astoria resort and branded residences at Deer Valley Resort, with an expected debut in 2028.
