Rio Hotel & Casino, now part of the Destination by Hyatt brand, unveiled phase one of its $340 million renovation, transforming the Ipanema Tower, dining, gaming, event spaces, and pool district.

Landmark Hotels breaks ground on Hyatt Place Sonoma Wine Country

The Hyatt Place Sonoma Wine Country will be located near Charles Schulz Sonoma County Airport and is expected to open in late 2026. Designed by Lowney Architecture and with interiors by DLR Group, the project includes 165 units, meeting spaces, a pool, a fitness center, and a rooftop restaurant and bar.

Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is set to welcome its first guests in November 2024, introducing a new luxury resort in the Deer Valley East Village in Utah. The property will feature approximately 400 accommodations, including 100 discounted rooms for service members.

William Stout named director of F&B at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe

Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort names Andrew De Lapp as resort manager

The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino in Nevada has announced the promotion of Andrew De Lapp to the position of resort manager. De Lapp, previously director of operations, will now oversee all aspects of the resort’s functions, including front office, guest services, dining, and spa operations.
