SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.—Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale has appointed Jerome Arribas as its new general manager. A longtime Four Seasons executive, Arribas will oversee operations, focusing on operational performance, talent development, and preserving the resort’s connection to its desert surroundings while supporting its long-term growth.
Arribas has more than 20 years of global luxury hospitality experience, including leadership and operational roles at some of the brand’s most recognized hotels and resorts worldwide. His career includes assignments in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean, and the United States, with a focus on operational excellence and service culture.
Originally from France’s Loire Valley, Arribas began his Four Seasons career in the Bahamas as assistant director of purchasing, a nontraditional entry point that allowed him to develop a broad operational foundation. He later took on leadership and task force roles at several prominent properties, including Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris and Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, both recognized with MICHELIN Three Key distinctions. He also served as hotel manager of Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street in Boston, where the property earned Forbes Five-Star ratings for both the hotel and spa within two years of opening, and general manager of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail, Colo., where he led resort operations and seasonal programming.
This is Arribas’ 10th assignment with the hotel brand. Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale, which opened in 1999, is known for its immersive Sonoran Desert setting and proximity to Scottsdale’s dining, retail, and cultural offerings.
