
DENVER—The Ritz-Carlton, Denver has appointed Alexia (Lexi) Zambrano as its new marketing manager. A Denver native, Zambrano brings extensive hospitality marketing experience to the luxury hotel.
Zambrano began her career with Marriott International in 2017 at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, serving as a vacation planner and later a marketing coordinator. She moved to the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center in 2019, progressing through roles as marketing coordinator, marketing manager, and group marketing manager on the Gaylord Hotels brand marketing and creative team.
“We are delighted to welcome Lexi to The Ritz-Carlton, Denver family,” says general manager Brad Mills. “Her proven track record within Marriott International, combined with her deep understanding of the Denver market, makes her an invaluable asset to our team.”
Zambrano holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing and a Minor in Mass Communication, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Regis University. In her new role, she will oversee marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, drive revenue, and strengthen guest relationships.

Active in the Denver community, Zambrano serves on the Young Professionals Board for Boys Hope Girls Hope Colorado. She enjoys exploring the outdoors with her two goldendoodles, reading, cooking, and traveling.
