
ASPEN, Colo.—The Little Nell has announced its 2025–2026 winter lineup, featuring culinary events, family activities, and skiing experiences throughout the season. The Aspen, Colo., hotel’s offerings run from Thanksgiving through the New Year and include holiday dining, community gatherings, and mountain excursions curated by its Ski Concierge team.
Season highlights begin November 27, with Thanksgiving dinner at Element 47 and Ajax Tavern, along with a takeout option. The annual Tree Lighting Ceremony takes place on December 7, followed by a series of children’s story hours hosted by local author Jill Sheeley on December 12, 19 & 27.
Element 47 will serve prix fixe dinners on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, led by Chef Keith Theodore with optional wine pairings from wine director Chris Dunaway. Ajax Tavern will offer à la carte menus and seasonal specials in a casual setting.
New Year’s Eve events include a multi-course dinner at Element 47 and two dinner seatings at Ajax Tavern. Guests can also attend New Year’s Eve with Dom Pérignon, featuring live performances, astrology readings, gourmet bites, and champagne service. The evening concludes with The Little Nell’s New Year’s Day brunch and an exclusive Snowcat Experience, offering a mountaintop fireworks view and private dining for groups.
Winter adventures return with the hotel’s signature mountain programs. These include First Tracks, offering early access to Aspen Mountain; Snowcat Powder Tours for guided backcountry runs; Last Tracks with Ski Patrol, a behind-the-scenes evening descent; and Groom the Mountain, an evening ride with Aspen’s grooming team. A new Audi Snowshoe Adventure combines self-guided snowshoeing with electric vehicle access to local trails.
The Little Nell remains Aspen’s only Five-Star, Five-Diamond ski-in/ski-out hotel.
