COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—The Broadmoor has appointed Farzanah Johnson as its new director of national sales for the Northeast region. She brings more than 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, with a background in driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships across several leading resort brands.
Johnson joins the Colorado Springs resort from Nemacolin Resort, where she served as Northeast director of national accounts. During her tenure, she consistently exceeded annual sales targets and helped expand the property’s presence in key markets. Her previous roles include leadership positions with Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Gaylord Entertainment, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, earning multiple top-performer recognitions throughout her career.
The Broadmoor, known as one of Colorado’s top destinations for corporate events and large-scale conferences, features more than 310,000 square feet of meeting space across its campus. Its convention center regularly hosts major multi-day events, including the Space Symposium—the world’s largest space trade show—which utilizes the full breadth of the resort’s facilities.
Johnson will lead sales initiatives in the Northeast market, focusing on strengthening group business and expanding relationships with national clients. Her appointment supports The Broadmoor’s broader strategy to reinforce its position as a premier meeting and events destination at the foothills of the Rockies.
