Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado in Santa Fe, N.M., has unveiled a multimillion-dollar renovation, elevating the luxury experience for guests. The completion of this extensive revitalization project encompasses all 65 casitas, or cottages, at the boutique resort, marking the first comprehensive guest-room renewal since its opening in 2008.
Langlois Design led the upgrades for Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado, balancing luxury suites with sustainability and socially responsible design. The revamped casitas are inspired by a Pueblo architecture blending modern elements with Southwestern style. From custom-made furniture to cutting-edge technology and artwork, every detail has been curated to immerse guests in the resort’s luxury. Drawing inspiration from the natural landscapes of New Mexico, the color palette reflects the warm tones of the surrounding vistas. Additionally, bespoke decorative items celebrating Indigenous culture, such as horsehair pottery by artist Linda Concho of Kachina Country USA, are present in each room.

Situated on 57 acres in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado is rated as the No.1 Best Resort in New Mexico and Best Resort in Santa Fe by U.S. News & World Report. The resort includes a full-service spa, its signature Terra restaurant, with global and regional influences, and the Adventure Center—an exclusive, in-house program of curated activities and tours customized to guests’ individual interests in experiencing all that Santa Fe offers.
