
Peregrine Hospitality has appointed Jason Druso as senior vice president of operations, boutique & lifestyle, a newly created role focused on expanding the company’s boutique and lifestyle hotel portfolio. Based in Denver, Peregrine Hospitality is a full-service hospitality company that manages world-class resorts and hotels.
Druso will oversee strategic initiatives aimed at improving performance across a range of California properties, including the Paso Robles Inn, The Piccolo, Vespera Resort on Pismo Beach, Shore Cliff Hotel, Pismo Lighthouse Suites, and Avila Lighthouse Suites. His immediate priorities include revamping the food and beverage program at the Paso Robles Inn and select properties, rebranding Avila Lighthouse Suites, and implementing upgrades to Pismo Lighthouse Suites and Shore Cliff Hotel.
Druso brings experience in luxury hospitality operations and food and beverage management. A former NCAA Division I college athlete, Druso cites his background in competitive sports as a foundation for his leadership approach. He also previously owned a restaurant, giving him a business owner’s perspective.
Druso will report directly to Peregrine Hospitality leadership as he guides this segment of the company’s portfolio.
