
Aspen One, the parent company of Aspen Hospitality, Aspen Skiing Co., and Aspen Ventures, has announced the appointment of Jeff Toscano as the new CEO of Aspen Hospitality. Toscano is set to take over on Sept. 16.
With three decades of experience in the luxury lifestyle market, Toscano is well-positioned to lead Aspen Hospitality through its next phase of growth. His career spans a broad spectrum of roles within the hospitality industry, from general manager (GM) positions to leading large portfolios of assets. Toscano’s expertise includes working with hotel management teams, ownership groups, and developers to create and scale premium hotel concepts and experiences.
Prior to joining Aspen Hospitality, Toscano served as executive vice president of Luxury & Lifestyle Hotels at Highgate, where he managed 31 hotels with more than 8,000 rooms, generating approximately $1 billion in annual revenue. His extensive background also includes executive roles at major hotel groups, such as Hyatt Hotels Corp., Davidson Hotels & Resorts, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Toscano has been instrumental in the success of several high-profile properties, including The Surrey NYC, The Beekman NYC, and Ventana Big Sur.
Toscano holds a GM Program certification from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Institutional Management from Purdue University.
