Hilton has announced the establishment of its first LivSmart Studios in Arizona, located in downtown Glendale. This new property will support Glendale Civic Center by providing lodging for overnight conferences, events, and visitors to the area. It will also serve the sports and entertainment district in Glendale.
“LivSmart Studios by Hilton is custom designed to provide travelers with a reliable, consistent and friendly experience at an attainable price point, making it a great hotel accommodation for Downtown Glendale,” says Isaac Lake, brand leader of LivSmart Studios by Hilton.
Arizona-based CivicGroup is collaborating with Hilton on the project. Glendale City Council has approved a ground lease agreement with CivicGroup LLC for the city-owned property on 57th Ave.
The hotel will feature more than 90 studio apartment-style suites with such amenities as a fitness center and laundry facility. LivSmart Studios by Hilton aims to provide guests with a comfortable and convenient stay, featuring studio suites with fully equipped kitchens and communal areas, such as a fitness center, guest laundry, and outdoor gathering space.
