
Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the 67-story resort and casino by Fontainebleau Development, announced the appointment of four executives within its marketing and security divisions. Three of these appointments mark internal promotions following the opening of Fontainebleau Las Vegas in December 2023.
Kim Virtuoso has been promoted to chief people officer after joining Fontainebleau Las Vegas in 2022. Her leadership has been pivotal in talent acquisition and cultural development, shaping the resort’s workforce, referred to as MEMBERS. With more than a decade of human resources executive experience on the Las Vegas Strip and a Human Resources Certification Institute certification, Virtuoso brings extensive credentials to her new role.
Lori Kobashigawa is now the senior vice president of marketing and innovation, responsible for elevating the resort’s marketing and branding efforts. With more than 20 years of digital marketing experience, Kobashigawa has been successful in boosting consumer demand and leading campaigns.
Mustafa Jamal has been appointed as the senior vice president of security and investigations, adding extensive global expertise to enhance the resort’s security measures. With 15 years of experience, including roles at Baha Mar Resort and Casino in Nassau, The Bahamas, Jamal will oversee surveillance, compliance, and risk management.
Sheila Tuzon has been promoted to vice president of loyalty and database marketing for her pivotal role in shaping customer relationships and loyalty programs since joining Fontainebleau Las Vegas in 2022. With experience in marketing operations at Amazon Web Services and as an alumna of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Tuzon’s expertise will enhance guest engagement strategies.
In other news, Fontainebleau Las Vegas has also been announced as an official event partner of the Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix by Las Vegas Grand Prix Inc. During race week, the resort will host a party on the Paddock Club Rooftop.
