Colo.—CoralTree Hospitality has reorganized and expanded its global sales team to enhance direct sales efforts, lead generation, and support for group and corporate sales customers.
“As our collection has evolved over the last six years, so have the needs of our customers,” said Andre Fournier, chief commercial officer for CoralTree Hospitality. “We’ve brought on some high-level players to fill important roles that we believe will meet both the needs of our growing company and the group and corporate sales customers that we serve.”
As part of the reorganization, Leslie Kaminski has been promoted from executive global director of luxury and leisure sales to vice president of global sales. In this role, she will lead the global sales team, develop strategy, and oversee the expansion of the company’s business. Kaminski has more than 25 years of experience in luxury, entertainment, event, and lifestyle sales, with a background in integrating hotels into luxury leisure networks, such as Fine Hotels & Resorts, Virtuoso, Chase, and Signature.
Michael Shannon has joined as global sales director for the Northeast market. A hospitality industry veteran and graduate of the University of Denver’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Shannon has held operational and sales roles with MGM Resorts, Destination Canada, Westin Hotels, and Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board. He also has more than 15 years of experience in meeting and event logistics planning.
Robin Killett has been appointed global sales director for the West Coast. She has more than 30 years of luxury hospitality sales experience, including roles with The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, and Auberge Resorts. She has worked in incentive events and group and leisure sales, managing national key accounts.
The global sales team will leverage CoralTree’s full portfolio to focus on group and corporate business, consortia, and leisure needs. The team will also provide updates on new properties, enhancements, promotions, and value dates.
