NAPA VALLEY, Calif.—Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, Curio Collection by Hilton is expected to open in early 2026 following a multimillion-dollar redesign of the downtown property.

Set between vineyards and central Napa, the resort’s redesign was led by California-based DyeLot Interiors, which created public spaces meant to highlight Napa Valley’s natural landscape and hospitality traditions. A signature element and focal point, called The Offering Tree, will anchor the arrival area. A sculptural hospitality table will encircle The Offering Tree for occasional welcome receptions and wine tastings in partnership with local wineries.

Casa Mani will feature 203 guest rooms and suites in earth tones and warm wood finishes. According to Hilton, the rooms will be the largest by square footage in downtown Napa and will include spa-like bathrooms, coffee makers, tea kettles, and temperature-controlled wine refrigerators. Some rooms will also offer private patios with firepits. Outdoor amenities will include a pool, hot tub, and redwood lawn with communal firepits for reading, yoga sessions, or wedding ceremonies.

The resort will offer more than 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including seven meeting rooms, two boardrooms, and an outdoor lawn.

Dining options will include the Lobby Lounge for small plates and drinks, Creekside Terrace for breakfast and brunch, and a grab-and-go market featuring local purveyors. A new restaurant will introduce “a nationally acclaimed steakhouse to Napa for the first time,” the press release says, combining innovative dishes with an extensive wine list.

Other planned amenities will include a fitness center equipped with Peloton machines, as well as The Spa at Casa Mani, which will feature five treatment rooms and will offer seasonal rituals inspired by Napa’s ecological rhythms.
