
Hyatt Regency Irvine has reopened its doors after a three-year closure, unveiling a complete transformation featuring all-new interior designs and enhanced amenities. The hotel, located in Irvine, in Orange County, Calif., features 516 guest rooms and suites, each with sophisticated décor, artwork, and modern fixtures.
Among the newly introduced suite options are hospitality suites with private kitchenettes, extended-stay suites featuring complete kitchens, and family-friendly layouts equipped with bunk beds and adjoining rooms. Guests soon will have access to the Regency Club, offering private indoor/outdoor lounges with fire pits, a sophisticated bar, and full-service dining.

The property has designed more than 56,000 square feet of flexible event space, including one of the largest ballrooms in South Orange County. With open-air venues employing experienced events and culinary teams, the hotel is poised to host meetings and events of varying sizes, accommodating up to 2,100 attendees in the 14,660-square-foot Regency Ballroom.
The hotel is now equipped with a 24-hour gym, consisting of Peloton bikes, Life Fitness cardio equipment, free weights, and on-demand trainers available through a collaboration with Future, an online wellness platform. There is also an elevated pool, complete with waterslides, an outdoor lounge space, pool bar, cabanas, and an expansive LED TV screen.
Located less than 3 miles from John Wayne-Orange County Airport (SNA) and 42 miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Hyatt Regency Irvine offers easy access. Following its acquisition by Hyatt and a $55 million renovation, the hotel aims to provide a refined and versatile experience for both business and leisure travelers.
