LAS VEGAS—Reality television personality and restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump’s first hotel on the Las Vegas Strip is now taking reservations for May arrivals, marking a new chapter in her hospitality career. Part of Caesars Entertainment’s portfolio, The Vanderpump Hotel replaces The Cromwell as a reimagined boutique property. The project aims to deliver an upscale, design-driven experience at the center of the Strip while expanding Caesars’ meeting and event offerings.
“Taking the next step from restaurateur to hotelier and partnering once again with Caesars Entertainment on another extraordinary project has been such an exciting chapter for me,” Vanderpump says. “Our vision was to create a room that feels like a true retreat, a calming escape just steps from the energy and excitement of the casino floor. The guest rooms are as beautiful as they are serene.”
The hotel features 188 redesigned guest rooms and suites created by Vanderpump and her business partner, Nick Alain. The interiors incorporate moss-green tones, dusty lilac accents, and mixed-metal finishes intended to create a calming yet luxurious atmosphere. Vanderpump also personally curated the in-room amenities.
Atop the hotel is Soleia, a rebranded version of the former Drai’s Beachclub & Nightclub. The venue will function as both a resort pool and event space, offering panoramic views of the Strip.
In addition to the guest rooms, the property will include redesigned reception and public areas, along with a new lounge intended for private events and executive gatherings. Custom furnishings and lighting from the Vanderpump Alain design line are featured throughout, reflecting the line’s “industrial romantic” style.
Caesars Entertainment executives say the project is designed to appeal to both leisure travelers and meeting planners seeking a boutique experience.
“We are beyond excited to welcome The Vanderpump Hotel into our Las Vegas portfolio. Its unique design and elevated hospitality will deliver a completely new experience that is unmistakably Lisa Vanderpump—an exceptional entrepreneur and visionary restaurateur,” says Kelly Gleeson Smith, senior vice president of sales for Caesars Entertainment. “With Soleia set atop this new boutique hotel, our clients gain even more opportunities to wow their attendees and create lasting impressions. This is exactly why our signature ‘one contract, one contact’ approach is so effective—it empowers planners to be creative across our entire Las Vegas portfolio.”
Existing venues at the property remain open during renovations, including GIADA restaurant and Drai’s After Hours.
The collaboration reflects Caesar’s broader strategy of partnerships to enhance guest experiences.
“Partnerships and collaborations are at the heart of what we do. Our relationship with Lisa Vanderpump exemplifies how powerful those partnerships can be—elevating the hospitality experience for our clients, enriching attendee engagement, and fueling the creative and innovative mindset that drives us forward,” says Michael Massari, chief sales officer for Caesars Entertainment. “As we continue to reinvest in and expand our portfolio in Las Vegas and across the country, collaborations like this play a vital role in shaping the future of our industry.”
The hotel represents Vanderpump’s first foray into the lodging sector and builds on her growing presence in Las Vegas, which includes multiple restaurants and nightlife venues across the Strip.
“Lisa’s passion for creating unforgettable destinations is unmatched, and it’s exciting to see her continuing to make her mark on Las Vegas with a boutique hotel that now bears her name,” says Sean McBurney, chief commercial officer and regional president of Caesars Entertainment. “Lisa has proven how distinctively she can transform a space with each restaurant she opens, and The Vanderpump Hotel builds on that vision in an entirely new way. Guests from around the world will soon be able to experience her signature style, elegant taste, and meticulous design detail through a hotel experience unlike anything else on the Strip.”
