Santa Fe’s Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado completed renovations in 2024. “The premier destination for lavish getaways is now home to the city’s newest guest rooms with the completion of a multimillion-dollar revitalization encompassing all 65 intimate casitas,” says Lydia Eason, media specialist for New Mexico Tourism Department. “The exquisitely transformed casitas mark the first guest room renewal since the resort’s 2008 opening.”

Now available to book, the new Pueblo-inspired design elegantly blends modern elements with timeless style. “All rooms have been significantly enhanced with a new coral and rust color palette, custom-made furniture, technology, lighting, paint, window treatments, artwork, and more,” Eason says.

La Fonda on the Plaza, a historic hotel renowned for its impressive sustainability initiatives, is ideally located on Santa Fe’s historic Plaza. It is within walking distance of the city’s three most-visited areas: the Plaza itself, Canyon Road, and the Railyard District. With 20,112 square feet of event space over eight event venues, it provides an option for every event type. Santa Fe is renowned for its incredible culinary choices. Chef Fernando Ruiz, a three-time Food Network competition show winner, opened his first signature full-service restaurant in midtown, called Escondido. The menu focuses on the flavors and traditional dishes of coastal, central, and northern Mexico regions while sourcing ingredients from northern New Mexico.

Wolf and Roadrunner opened in June 2024 at St. Francis Hotel. The menu features smoked and fire-cooked cuisine, including bison, elk, and more, along with other techniques inspired by native cultures and recipes from around the world.
