Henderson’s hotel landscape is undergoing exciting renovations and expansions. M Resort Spa Casino is undergoing a $206 million expansion, set to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025, Kirby shares. This project will add a second resort tower with 384 additional rooms, bringing the total to 774 rooms and suites, along with expanded meeting spaces, updated amenities, and new local partnerships yet to be announced. Both The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa and Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa are preparing for renovations in 2025, further enhancing their offerings.
