Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) in Gypsum provides easy access, approximately 30 minutes from Vail Valley, and Denver International Airport is approximately a two-hour drive from the region.

Vail and Beaver Creek resorts, along with the towns of Avon and Edwards, offer a variety of venues to accommodate groups.

The city has more than 7,000 hotel guest rooms and more than 130,000 square feet of meeting space.

The Arrabelle at Vail Square, A Rock Resort features 62 guest rooms and 10,070 square feet of meeting space, including seven meetings rooms. The property also features 20 condominiums.

The 285-room Grand Hyatt Vail has 40,000 square feet of meeting space with 13 rooms. The Hythe Vail offers 344 rooms, 20 suites and 13 condos, and 28,819 square feet of meeting space with 20 breakout areas.

In Beaver Creek, the 190-room Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa has 27,000 square feet of meeting space with 18 meeting rooms.

The 230-room Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon offers studio to three-bedroom suites and 7,500 square feet of meeting space. The Inn at Riverwalk in Edwards has 60 hotel rooms, seven condos, and a 400-square-foot boardroom available for small groups.

Unique venues include 4Eagle Ranch, which features 8,400 square feet of space and can seat 550 people for dinners or 800 for lectures. The Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is a popular outdoor option, with the Gore Range Mountains as a backdrop. It seats 2,500 people.

There is no shortage of dining options in Vail Valley, with a mix of world-class restaurants, steakhouses, cafes, breweries, and pubs. Vail Chophouse Steaks & Seafood can accommodate large parties in a private dining room. With its beautiful mountain views, exquisite menus, and comprehensive wine list, it’s a favorite for visitors and locals. Splendido at the Chateau in Beaver Creek can also accommodate groups from 20 to 160 guests. The restaurant serves American cuisine with a creative twist, featuring such dishes as prime steak, lamb, beef tenderloin, swordfish, and more.

Vail Valley is a true paradise all year long, but this region shines in winter. Both Vail and Beaver Creek mountains are known for their stunning beauty, variety of terrain, and extraordinary runs. From skiing to snowmobiling to ice skating, there is no shortage of snow sports for visitors to enjoy.

The fun doesn’t stop when the snow thaws. Vail Valley has a network of biking and hiking trails, as well as heart-pounding whitewater rafting. It’s also a flyfishing mecca, and event planners can put together guided trips along the Colorado and Eagle rivers, and Gore and Brush creeks.
