
Ryan Phillips has been appointed general manager of TownePlace Suites by Marriott Denver West/Federal Center. Situated at 800 Tabor St., Golden, Colo., the 106-suite, pet-friendly hotel is located near Denver Federal Center, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and Coors Brewery. Guest amenities include complimentary breakfast, a laundry facility, and access to a fitness center.
TownePlace Suites by Marriott Denver West/Federal Center is managed by SPIRE Hospitality.
Phillips will supervise all hotel operations, including administration and revenue management. He will report to Steve Neth, vice president of operations for SPIRE Hospitality.
Phillips began his hotel career as a front-desk agent at the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz. With 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Phillips joined SPIRE in 2021 as the front-office manager for Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Tech Center North. He has also held operations roles at Hyatt Regency Denver and served as the operations supervisor at Hotel Teatro, also in Denver. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University’s School of Business.
