NORTHERN ARIZONA

ScenicSedona.com; @ScenicSedona—Research shows that Sedona leaves an enduring impact on visitors, says Andrew Grossman, tourism manager for the City of Sedona. “We are an exceptional destination for events that make lifelong memories. Our landscape is defined by 360 degrees of red-rock features located within the Coconino National Forest, providing the perfect background for a gathering. Sedona is an event destination unlike anywhere else.”
This small city of approximately 10,000 residents attracts more than three million visitors a year, Grossman says. “This provides a bounty of services that can elevate your event agenda.”
Top hotels and resorts with event space include the 221-room Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock, with more than 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, including a ballroom seating 524 theater style; 88-suite L’Auberge de Sedona, with a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, including the newly redesigned Garden Ballroom and the Creekhouse, a retreat space with five bedrooms and large deck; Amara Resort & Spa, with 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space; and 218-room Enchantment Resort, with 12,000 square feet of indoor meeting space and 32,000 square feet of outdoor event space.
Additional event space is available at the 750-seat Sedona Performing Arts Center and Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, an outdoor market with restaurants, patios, plazas, and shops.
Volunteer Sedona offers immersive teambuilding experiences. “From trail maintenance to environmental restoration, this program allows participants to engage with Sedona’s stunning landscape while fostering teamwork and a sense of purpose,” Grossman explains. Air tours by helicopter, hot air balloon, or plane offer a lofty perspective, and Jeep tours are a signature Sedona experience. “These are thrilling off-road adventures through rugged terrain, historic sites, and scenic vistas, and they can be tailored for teambuilding,” he adds.
