Viceroy Snowmass (Colo.) has appointed Brian Harrier as its new managing director. Harrier returns to the property after serving as director of engineering and operations from 2017 to 2021. Since then, as general manager, he has led East West Hospitality’s Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa in Avon, Colo., overseeing a large condominium hotel.
Harrier brings a depth of experience in hospitality, beginning in engineering at the Westin Princeville and St. Regis, Princeville in Hawaii. Throughout his career, Harrier has developed a broad skill set in hotel operations, including spa, fitness, and F&B management.
Harrier’s familiarity with Viceroy Snowmass and senior leadership experience at comparable properties equip him to step into this role effectively. Harrier will lead the Viceroy Snowmass team, focusing on delivering consistent service and overseeing day-to-day operations at the resort.
