LA Tourism offers group hotel incentives with ‘Now Playing’ campaign

LOS ANGELES—Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board (Los Angeles Tourism) has introduced special group hotel offers as part of its “Now Playing” campaign. The initiative is designed to align meeting and event bookings with upcoming major events in LA. The campaign offers planners incentives to encourage group bookings, with offers available through June 30, 2025.

According to Adam Burke, president & CEO of Los Angeles Tourism, the campaign highlights the unique experiences available in Los Angeles. “Our hotel community has united to provide a range of incentives, which can be seamlessly combined with LA Tourism’s ‘Destination Offer,’” he says. “This partnership enhances experiences for meeting planners and reinforces LA as the ultimate destination for meetings and events, where every gathering is transformed into a one-of-a-kind experience.” Planners submitting new meeting or event requests to LA Tourism are eligible for financial rewards, including gift cards and rebates based on the number of rooms booked.

The campaign includes more than 40 hotel offers across various LA regions, such as downtown LA, beach cities, and Hollywood. These offers may include room upgrades, complimentary amenities, and other perks, with details available on the newly launched Meet LA website.

Additionally, the campaign emphasizes the opportunity for planners to host events at prominent LA venues, such as the Intuit Dome, SoFi Stadium, and Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC). The convention center, which recently received approval for an expansion and modernization project, remains central to the city’s event-hosting capabilities.
